📋 Description
• We are seeking a strategic Lead Product Manager to spearhead analytics efforts within our payments ecosystem and to lead all aspects of payments integrations • In this role, you will demonstrate data to drive insights, optimize payment performance, and deliver innovative solutions that improve customer experiences and support business growth • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Finance, Engineering, Legal and Operations, to craft the future of our payment’s strategy
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in analytics within Payments, FinTech, or Ecommerce • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or related discipline) • Strong analytical skills with expertise in SQL, Python, R, or similar tools • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS, or equivalent) is a plus • Experience with global payment methods and currencies • Familiarity with machine learning models applied to payments or fraud detection • Proven experience optimizing payments performance and handling large datasets • Experience in implementing payment systems, gateways, processors, and/or fraud detection methods
