📋 Description
• Building great teams is fundamental to the success of any company • Findem is re-thinking how to approach this problem from the ground-up, using world-class AI/ML and data technologies • Our products help HR teams find talent using thousands of attributes across 10s of millions of companies and 100s of millions of candidates, all delivered in an intuitive co-pilot AI/ML UX • We also help HR teams understand their people, to identify talent gaps in their organizations, craft compelling hiring programs and narratives, and retain their best employees • We're looking for a seasoned Group Product Manager who can lead one of the most important bets for the product (and the company) • As the Group Product Manager, you will lead this initiative end to end, including strategy and product execution, and lead a small team of product managers • Ideally, you will be comfortable getting hands-on with detailed, nuanced product choices, while also understanding the larger path ahead with your overall strategy • To land a great outcome, you will need to be an excellent cross-functional collaborator and passionate about growing a world-class product team
🎯 Requirements
• 12+ years as a product manager, ideally with startup experience • 3+ years managing PMs • Experience doing 0->1 and 1->10 product building • Experience in with B2B PLG products, B2B SaaS, and/or AI/ML • Ability to drive short term execution while building towards (and testing) a long term vision • (Nice to have) prior experience with assisting or automating manual workflows • (Nice to have) prior experience in recruiting or HR software
