📋 Description
• Building great teams is fundamental to the success of any company - Findem is re-thinking how to approach this problem from the ground-up, using world-class AI/ML and data technologies. • Our products help HR teams find talent using thousands of attributes across 10s of millions of companies and 100s of millions of candidates, all delivered in an intuitive co-pilot AI/ML UX. • We also help HR teams understand their people, to identify talent gaps in their organizations, craft compelling hiring programs and narratives, and retain their best employees. • We’re looking for a seasoned Principal Product Manager who can lead one of the most important bets for the company.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years as a product manager, ideally with startup experience • Experience doing 0->1 and 1->10 product building • Experience in with B2B PLG products, B2B SaaS (especially for multi-step workflows) • Ability to drive short term execution while building towards (and testing) a long term vision • (Nice to have) prior experience with assisting or automating manual workflows • (Nice to have) prior experience in recruiting or HR software • (Nice to have) prior experience in AI/ML products
