• Du unterstützt die Gründerin und Geschäftsführerin in allen operativen Bereichen und bekommst tiefe Einblicke in die Prozesse eines wachsenden Startups. • Unterstützung bei Social-Media-Strategien, Erstellung von Blogposts, Newsletter und Produktbeschreibungen. • Kommunikation mit Lieferanten, Zollfreilagern, Fotografen und vielen weiteren Partnern, um reibungslose Abläufe sicherzustellen. • Unterstützung bei der Kommunikation und Verhandlung mit Kunden, die auch im europäischen Ausland oder den Vereinigten Arabischen Emiraten sitzen. • Mithilfe bei Reportings und dem Ausbau sowie der Optimierung von internen Prozessen.
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossenes oder laufendes Studium im fortgeschrittenen Semester in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Marketing, Kommunikation oder einem ähnlichen Bereich. • Alternativ: Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem relevanten Bereich, die die notwendigen Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten für die Stelle vermittelt. • Großes Interesse an Luxusgütern, Kunst & Sammlerobjekten. • Organisationstalent, Hands-on-Mentalität und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu managen. • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch & Englisch. • Erfahrung in E-Commerce, Social Media oder Marketing ist ein Plus. • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Systemen wie dem CRM-System Hubspot oder Shopify ist ebenfalls ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
