• About finmid's mission is to enable software companies to reimagine how their business customers access capital. • We seek a Business Development Representative (BDR) based in Berlin or remote. In this role, you are responsible for identifying and crafting new qualified opportunities for the wider sales team. • As a key member of finmid's team, you will be responsible for building and executing a vision that positions finmid as a key player in the global financial ecosystem, setting us up as a go-to partner for software companies that are looking to enrich their offering with lending capabilities. • You are responsible for inbound lead generation and setting meetings with qualified prospects after you hand them over to your BDM colleagues.
• 'Can-do' attitude, along with an optimistic and solution-oriented mindset, fostering a collaborative and proactive approach to challenges. • 1+ years of sales outreach experience, preferably in a sales role where you have successfully sold complex products/services to enterprise customers • Eager to be a Sales Superstar and always strive to be the best, but never at the expense of others • Committed to learning every day and take personal pride in the work that you deliver • Excellent listening and communication skills (written, on the phone, and in person) and are comfortable speaking to anyone • Born hunter and networker with a creative approach to outreach and a desire to engage • Experience with CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus • Full professional proficiency (written and verbal) in English • Multi-tasking comes easily to you and you do not need to learn how to manage your time effectively
