Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year in Funding, Underwriting, or have participated in the career rotation program within the last year. • Willing to learn and comprehend funding compliance adhering to state by state compliance standards. • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills. • Strong customer service and de-escalation skills. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and organizational skills with great attention to detail. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
