• This is a remote position. • Support Contracts and Operations teams. • Draft, review, and edit contracts and legal documents. • Maintain and organize contract files. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders. • Maintain corporate records and filings. • Assist in intellectual property matters. • Support litigation efforts.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 3-5 years of paralegal experience in a SaaS, government technology, or corporate setting • Familiarity with contract law, intellectual property, and privacy regulations • Experience with legal research tools and document management software • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion • Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn • Notary public certification
