📋 Description
• Engage with clients to explain the importance of estate planning and help determine the best package for their needs. • Utilize estate planning software to generate accurate documents based on client input and ensure all necessary details are captured before review by partner attorneys. • Assist clients with intake forms, final documentization, and promptly address any questions throughout the process. • Support clients in coordinating asset transfers and ensure proper trust funding for a fully implemented estate plan. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support, timely follow-ups, and addressing any concerns to keep the process on track. • Confidently discuss the estate planning process with clients, overcome objections, and clearly communicate the value of completing their estate plans.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in estate planning or estate & elder law. • Strong verbal communication skills, especially over the phone, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts. • Proficiency with estate planning software (e.g., WealthCounsel, Lawyer on Purpose, or Clio). • Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks independently while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. • Experience in addressing client objections and articulating the benefits of professional services.
