• Assisting in all elements of tax and corporate documents for the Tax Planning group. • Managing and overseeing tax projects from initiation to completion. • Supporting the tax teams in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. • Developing project plans and associated communications documents. • Identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path. • Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents. • Conducting initial reviews and red-lining legal documents with teams and counsel. • Organizing and archiving documents related to ongoing matters. • Maintaining corporate organizational chart and completing standard compliance forms.
• Bachelor’s degree required (preferred in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field). • Paralegal certificate preferred. • Minimum 3 to 5 years paralegal experience, either in a law firm or in a legal department of a large company. • Project management experience, including all aspects of process development and execution. • Pharmaceutical industry experience a plus. • Advanced knowledge of software applications, including Microsoft Office, Adobe, Visio, document sharing platforms. • Familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar tools. • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented environment. • Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Strong written and oral communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies. • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
