• Provide virtual assistance to clients across the US • Prepare and file bankruptcy petitions and legal documents • Maintain timely communication with clients • Operate with significant independence and flexibility

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 3+ years of recent experience as a paralegal • Experience with Chapter 7 and 13 is required • Experience with Chapter 11 is highly desirable • Expertise in another area of law • Excellent writing skills and strong attention to detail • Proficient knowledge of bankruptcy laws, procedures, and court rules • Excellent research and analytical skills • Familiarity with bankruptcy software, such as BestCase • Experience utilizing case management software, such as Clio
