• Job Title: Paralegal • Division: Legal • Location: Remote • Join our team at CCMR3, specializing in debt recovery solutions while prioritizing empathy and integrity. • We seek an experienced Paralegal with expertise in post-judgment collections to support our legal team in Florida. • Ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in Florida debt collection laws, judgment enforcement procedures, and civil litigation processes. • Must have strong legal research skills, proficiency in preparing legal documents, and the ability to manage multiple collection cases. • Position responsibilities include assisting attorneys in executing post-judgment enforcement strategies, drafting legal documents, conducting research on debtor assets, and maintaining case compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, with a strong focus on post-judgment collections. • In-depth knowledge of Florida civil procedure, judgment enforcement laws, and collection processes. • Experience handling wage and bank garnishments, execution of liens, and debtor interrogatories. • Proficiency in legal research platforms (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and case management software. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) or paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program is preferred. • Experience in a litigation or collections law firm is preferred. • Familiarity with both commercial and consumer debt collection practices is preferred. • Knowledge of Florida’s homestead exemption laws and enforcement limitations is preferred. • Ability to work independently and proactively in executing collection efforts is preferred.
