📋 Description

• This role will be focused on paralegal support in developing utility-scale solar power plants. • We are looking for someone highly motivated and detail-oriented to join our dynamic team. • This position offers an exciting opportunity to support the solar project development, project finance, construction, asset management, and compliance functions within our organization. • As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of solar projects and maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. • This person will report to the Deputy General Counsel of Solar Generation and will not have direct reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field. • Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, preferably in renewable energy project development or related areas. • Strong understanding of real estate transactions, contract management, and legal compliance. • Knowledge of project finance, tax equity, and construction concepts is highly desirable. • Familiarity with LLC management and compliance is a plus. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. • Detail-oriented approach, with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness. • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively summarize and communicate complex legal concepts. • Proficiency in legal research tools, document management systems, and MS Office Suite. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
