🎯 Recruitment

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact point, facilitating communication between clients and local counsel • Manage eviction referrals from start to finish, including case reporting and tracking • Monitor local counsel performance to ensure alignment with client expectations • Attend client meetings and provide regular case updates • Utilize proprietary software for efficient case management • Prepare and distribute weekly client reports

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail • Excellent communication and client service abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and internet-based tools • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Commitment to teamwork and adaptability to change • Legal experience or paralegal certification (Nice-To-Haves) • Familiarity with eviction processes, real estate, or litigation law (Nice-To-Haves) • Experience in customer-facing roles (Nice-To-Haves)
