📋 Description
• Facilitate engaging and informative training sessions for new hires, focusing on components of being a personal injury case manager. • Develop and administer assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to personal injury case management to ensure training content remains relevant and aligned with industry standards • Provide individual coaching and support to employees, addressing performance gaps and assisting with skill development • Continuously evaluate and enhance training programs based on feedback from participants, managers, and stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of personal injury case management experience • 2+ years of training experience • Positive attitude and the willingness to go above and beyond for our team • Personable, with excellent communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Team player • Ability to stay focused and organized • Ability to meet strict deadlines • Experience working with Microsoft Office programs • Associates Degree Required, Bachelor's Degree Preferred
