Description

• Responsible for efficient processing of ACH transactions while ensuring compliance. • Communicate with members and vendors regarding ACH inquiries. • Act as lead for junior team members and point of contact for audits. • Collaborate with stakeholders on projects and initiatives. • Support process improvements and departmental job aids maintenance. • Fulfill other assigned duties as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred. • Prior experience in banking, financial services, or a similar industry preferred. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and transaction processing. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
