Description

• Act as primary liaison for the service side of the client relationship • Responsibility for relationship management and service delivery for one or more assigned clients • Developing strong working relationships with assigned clients and FIS resources • Demonstrating financial management and revenue achievement of assigned territory • Managing and communicating expectations internally and externally • Managing the service component of the client relationship • Educating clients on various FIS processes and procedures • Conducting regularly scheduled status calls with client to discuss important key service topics • Acting as an escalation point between client and request desk • Participating in business reviews to learn about clients’ strategic direction

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner • Ability to quickly understand and apply new concepts • Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools • Exceptional organizational and time management skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients • Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas • Some flexibility of hours is required • Good working knowledge of FIS systems and the industries in which FIS competes for business • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
