Description

• Analyzes issues/systems on an ongoing basis to determine when changes to practices are required • Investigates known error conditions and follows prescribed error correction procedures • Recognizes abnormal processing conditions and determines appropriate actions required to resolve issue(s) and complete processing • Makes effective use of tools and resources, consults with experienced analysts • Oversight of and escalation point for team • Follows escalation procedures to resolve processing and/or user problems • Communicates systems updates and/or process changes and trains internal customers on changes • Identifies new tools, technology or processes that improve the processing environment

Requirements

• Excellent problem solving, independent decision making, analytical and time management skills managing multiple tasks/deadlines • Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment either independently or within a team • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization • Strong work ethic and attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software is essential as well as experience with related Trust systems • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, computer science or information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
