📋 Description
• Support franchisees in maximizing financial performance through strategic cash flow management, KPI tracking, and financial literacy coaching. • Guide franchise owners on budgeting, revenue optimization, and financial forecasting. • Help franchisees set, track, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive profitability. • Assist franchisees in understanding and optimizing their profit and loss statements. • Work with franchisees to improve cash flow, control expenses, and enhance financial stability. • Identify opportunities for increasing revenue streams and improving unit economics. • Ensure franchisees follow best practices in financial reporting and adhere to franchise financial standards.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong financial background, preferably in accounting, financial management, or multi-unit business operations. • 5+ years of experience managing financial performance in a multi-unit or franchise setting. • Expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and cash flow optimization. • Ability to translate financial data into actionable business strategies. • Excellent coaching and communication skills, with the ability to mentor franchisees on financial best practices.
