• Engage directly with our community - talk to users and champion their voice internally - making sure we’re solving real customer problems. • Align priorities with both user needs and business goals. • Define and communicate the “why” and the “what” in a way that inspires your teams. • Ship features that attract new users and keep them coming back. • Set and track progress against key metrics - balancing speed with accuracy in a fast-moving environment. • Work closely with engineering, art, design, QA and leadership teams to bring our product vision to life. • Run experiments and gain conviction on opportunities to add value to our customers.

• Strong data competency: experienced using data to inform decision-making, using tools like Amplitude to track insights and progress. • Strong UXR skills: passionate about understanding customer needs and creating experiences they love. • Strong product sense: an intuitive sense of what makes a great product and how to balance user experience with business goals. • Strong collaboration skills: experience successfully working with engineering, art and design teams to execute on product vision. • Comfortable in ambiguity: confident making quick decisions with limited information, building conviction and driving momentum in uncertain conditions. • Impact over process: driving real outcomes over adhering to rigid processes, always focused on delivering value to the end users.
