Description

• Join Five9, a leading provider of cloud contact center software. • Develop governance strategies for multi-cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure). • Ensure regulatory compliance, enforce IAM policies, track security metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of working with modern public cloud services such as EC2, VPC, S3/GCS, IAM, and AWS/GCP CLI. • Hands-on experience with cloud security controls, identity and access management (IAM), network security, encryption, and data protection tools. • Proficiency in CI/CD programming, scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and automation tools (e.g., Ansible). • Knowledge of automation principles and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform. • Experience establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with a variety of business groups.
