Description
• Solution Consultants create product demonstrations. • Involved in all stages of the customer’s lifecycle. • Empathize with customers’ needs and discern technical challenges. • Support sales teams as key technical advisors. • Deliver proofs of concept to prospects. • Prepare specification documents for implementation.
Requirements
• 2+ years of Solutions Consulting experience in contact/call center software, CRM, IVR, IP telephony, and workforce management systems. • A positive ‘Can do’ attitude. • Excitement for customer-facing experiences. • Ability to communicate sophisticated ideas clearly. • Fabulous communicator, great team player. • Confident dispensing knowledge to skilled audiences. • BA/BS or equivalent work experience. • Experience with APIs is a plus. • Previous experience with Five9 product suite is a strong plus. • Ability to explain complex subject matter to non-technical audiences.
