Description

• Deliver client service for administration of assigned book of business. • Ensure plans are administered in compliance with plan provisions and regulations. • Discuss compliance testing process/results and government filings. • Monitor daily reports, manage client communication, provide project management support. • Communicate with technical and support teams to maintain recordkeeping items.

Requirements

• Associate degree and two years' experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • ASPPA or other industry designations preferred. • Knowledge of advanced Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word and Excel. • Ability to prepare routine reports and correspondence. • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external contacts. • Ability to use research tools to apply current regulations. • Ability to prepare spreadsheets, reconcile numbers and analyze financial data. • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. • Ability to develop application software skills provided by internal training.
