We celebrate diversity and foster an inclusive environment, empowering our employees to be their authentic selves. • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Offer & Pricing Strategy Leader with a strong background in pricing to join our team. They will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing product and service offerings, with a particular focus on pricing strategies. • The Offer & Pricing Strategy Leader will work alongside other team members to drive initiatives aimed at increasing company market share, profitability, and customer lifetime value for its product portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field. An MBA is preferred. • 10+ years of experience in offer management, product management, or similar roles with SaaS world, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent project management and organizational skills. • Proven track record of developing and launching successful offerings. • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in pricing software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
