Description

• Utilize various sourcing techniques, use professional networks, social media platforms, and job boards, to identify potential candidates who match the role • Initiate and maintain communication with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process • Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Lead to understand the specific criteria for each position • Research and analyse information about the roles, salary and recruiting trends • Create sourcing strategies and execute them to achieve results • Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and the recruitment team to align sourcing strategies with hiring needs • Support coordinating interviews, scheduling assessments, and managing communication between candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sourcing / recruiting or a successfully passed education in this field • Experience working at a tech-driven business (software development agency or IT outsourcing company) will be a plus • Fluency in spoken and written English (B2 level and higher) • Great understanding of sourcing approaches across different platforms • Ability to create, enact and adapt sourcing strategies according to the needs of the company • Experience working with sourcing and recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, etc (LinkedIn, Lever and SalesQL are our golden trio) • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with previous cases in your experience to reflect them • Volunteering experience in organizations, student associations, NGO’s and so on will be a plus
