Contribute to recruitment by sourcing candidates for IT roles in a digital solutions agency.

• Utilize various sourcing techniques, use professional networks, social media platforms, and job boards, to identify potential candidates who match the role
• Initiate and maintain communication with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
• Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Lead to understand the specific criteria for each position
• Research and analyse information about the roles, salary and recruiting trends
• Create sourcing strategies and execute them to achieve results
• Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and the recruitment team to align sourcing strategies with hiring needs
• Support coordinating interviews, scheduling assessments, and managing communication between candidates and hiring managers.

Junior IT Recruiter

• Design intuitive, responsive, and user-centered solutions for websites and web applications
• Participate in all design phases from definition to implementation and optimization
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions
• Conduct user research (if a project requires so) to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and motivations, leveraging the findings to drive design decisions and enhance user experiences
• Define and design user interactions, including user flows, navigation models, and micro-interactions, with a focus on creating seamless and engaging experiences

• Taking full ownership of the content plan and its implementation
• Generating content ideas and creating materials that will be used in business development, pre-sales, and sales processes
• Keeping marketing communication and narrative consistent across all channels.
• Working with different content formats – landing pages, blog post articles, ebooks, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, brochures, and more
• Performing research and analysis, as well as conducting interviews with knowledge-holders to create expert content
• Collaboration with the design team to create visually appealing and engaging content
• Develop and execute the overall SEO plan for business development and create SEO-optimized content

• Create comprehensive and clear documentation and policies for the design team, outlining design standards, guidelines, and best practices in an easily understandable manner
