Description

• Five Jars is looking for a motivated Middle Project Manager to join a digital agency and provide quality web development services for our clients. • You are going to work with inspiring non-profit organizations, manage technical projects, and closely collaborate with the delivery team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager • Previous experience working within a web software development environment (software development agency, outsourcing company, or design agency) • Must be located in Europe • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (Advanced/C1) • Strong understanding of Agile methodology, particularly Scrum and Kanban • Familiarity with issue management systems, practical experience with Jira and Confluence • Readiness to manage multiple small-to-medium projects concurrently (CDA projects as well as fixed price) • Effective multitasking and prioritization skills • Being enthusiastic about learning and developing your project management skills • Being proactive, flexible, and self-organized, capable of taking initiative • Ukrainian language knowledge will be a plus • Experience with WordPress/Drupal projects will be a plus
