Description

•Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack. •Looking for a Senior Designer to shape design strategy and lead design processes. •Align design initiatives with business objectives, advocating for design's value. •Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to meet customer needs.

Requirements

•7+ years of experience in design, with a strong portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and high-quality design execution. •Demonstrated ability to manage and lead design projects from concept to completion, with a track record of delivering results on time and exceeding expectations. •Expertise in user-centered design, with the ability to balance customer needs with business objectives in complex product moments. •Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders. •Proven experience in contributing to and influencing strategic roadmaps within a design or product organization. •Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate challenges and push for innovation. •Passion for design culture and a desire to inspire and mentor team members. •Experience in both product and marketing design. •Familiarity with design systems and scalable design processes. •Ability to lead workshops and collaborative design sessions. •Strong understanding of data integration is a plus.
