• Reporting to the Director of Marketing • Own growing the base of mobile app users • Build b2b lead generation program from the ground up • Impact the full marketing funnel to support growth • Deliver growth programs that drive business outcomes • Own paid media function, working with various platforms • Develop ad content strategy and brief creative teams • Own organic growth strategy, including ASO & SEO programs • Execute marketing strategy for launches and campaigns • Develop and evolve the overall conversion optimization strategy • Partner closely with product and data colleagues • Partner with engineering colleagues for app functionality alignment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent • 4+ years’ experience in performance marketing and paid media • Hands-on experience in email marketing, SEO • Experience building innovative campaigns and experiments with demonstrated impacts on acquisition, conversion, or retention • Solid experience with Appsflyer (strongly preferred) • Proficiency with communications tools (Iterable, Braze, etc.) • Great communicator & collaborative team player • Analytical, data sensitive & goal-driven
