Requirements
• No experience required, as long as you are a locally licensed attorney. • Extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance. • Strong understanding of local statutory and regulatory requirements. • Ability to represent the company in official capacities. • Excellent knowledge of corporate legal obligations. • Previous experience serving as a director or in a similar role. • Strong attention to detail and compliance-oriented. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity. • Familiarity with legal and corporate documentation. • Proficiency in managing relationships with local authorities. • Pass a background check and issue indemnification to Flatfee as part of the appointment.
