• Develop innovative growth strategies and implement them successfully. • Create a comprehensive growth roadmap with clear short- and long-term goals including milestones and KPIs. • Optimize the customer journey by developing and optimizing digital campaigns for qualified lead generation and increased conversion rates. • Implement strategies for customer retention and maximize customer lifetime value. • Plan, execute and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g. Paid Media, Content Marketing, Email Marketing). • Create targeted content to increase engagement & traffic. • Develop and implement comprehensive customer segmentation to precisely identify target audiences and develop tailored marketing messages. • Develop detailed customer personas to enable targeted marketing strategies and campaigns. • Build and manage the CRM (Pipedrive): develop automation workflows within CRM to optimize lead generation, qualification, and sales activities. • Create and integrate personalized content for different phases of the customer journey, including email templates and automated campaigns.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally focusing on growth hacking, performance marketing, or a similar role. • Proven success in scaling marketing campaigns and achieving ambitious growth targets. • Ideally experience in the SaaS sector. • Confident in using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc. • Experience with platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, plus strong knowledge in SEO, SEM, and CRO. • Knowledge in CRM tools (ideally Pipedrive) for campaign optimization. • Willingness to experiment and continuously test to validate hypotheses. • German at native level and fluent English skills.
