• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on power management systems • Diagnose and repair faults, ensuring minimal downtime for clients • Educate clients on system operation and maintenance • Develop and deliver training sessions for client staff on PMS systems • Maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service • Document all service activities, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting reports • Provide on-site technical support to clients, addressing any issues with PMS • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems in a timely manner • Assist in the installation and commissioning of power management systems • Conduct system testing and ensure proper functionality according to specifications • Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Bachelor’s degree/HNC/ONC or related qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in servicing and maintaining power management systems, including PLC, SCADA, PME, and networks • Proven track record in a field-based engineering role • Strong understanding of power management systems, including hardware and software components • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting PLC, SCADA, PME, and network systems • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to power management • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Willingness to travel extensively to various field locations • Availability for emergency call-out cover • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate field service vehicles • Physical ability to perform fieldwork, including lifting and climbing
