Description

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on power management systems, including PLC, HMI, SCADA, PME, and networks. • Diagnose and repair faults, ensuring minimal downtime for clients. • Educate clients on system operation and maintenance, specifically focusing on PLC, HMI, SCADA, PME, and network systems. • Develop and deliver training sessions for client staff on PMS systems. • Maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service. • Document all service activities, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting reports for PLC, HMI, SCADA, PME, and network systems. • Prepare and submit detailed service reports and feedback to the CPS & PMS team. • Provide on-site technical support to clients, addressing any issues with PMS, including PLC, HMI, SCADA, PME, and network systems. • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems in a timely manner. • Liaise with internal & external technical support teams and manufacturers for complex issues. • Assist the Install and commission of power management systems at client sites. • Conduct system testing and ensure proper functionality according to specifications. • Be available for emergency call-outs to address urgent issues and minimize system downtime during working hours. • Ensure all work complies with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. • Adhere to company policies and procedures during field operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/HNC/ONC or related qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in servicing and maintaining power management systems, including PLC, SCADA, PME, and networks. • Proven track record in a field-based engineering role. • Strong understanding of power management systems, including hardware and software components. • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting PLC, SCADA, PME, and network systems. • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to power management. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Willingness to travel extensively to various field locations. • Availability for emergency call-out cover. • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate field service vehicles. • Physical ability to perform fieldwork, including lifting and climbing.
