Description

• EDI Analyst connects customers with Flexe's logistic platform • Own the integration scope for small to medium projects • Work directly with external customers pursuing integration solutions • Facilitate requirements gathering and document for downstream teams • Define and execute customer integration testing scenarios • Troubleshoot and maintain existing integration configurations • Drive continuous improvement for customer onboarding process

Requirements

• 2 Years of Experience • A history of supporting integration efforts with external customers API, EDI • Experience and expertise with EDI ANSI X12, flat file, JSON, and XML file types • Project management experience • Ability to dive deep into semi-ambiguous scope, solving complex integration processes • Familiarity with software lifecycle and agile development methodologies • Effective written and verbal communication skills, both technical and non-technical in nature • Expertise in supply chain integration implementations • College degree in engineering, computer science, supply chain software, or equivalent experience
