Bilingual Partner Operations Specialist

Description
• Partner with the VP, Partner Operations and team. • Maintain employer data systems with regards to merchant accounts. • Act as internal point person for merchant support. • Provide remedial training to merchants as need be. • Provide ongoing support to merchant partners to facilitate financing transactions. • Provide retention assistance and aid in merchant satisfaction initiatives. • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the organization’s solutions according to partner needs and objectives. • Assist with testing new products, to ensure they meet business and client needs. • Represent the company with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. • Help meet and exceed quarterly volume targets. • Engage in regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews and forecasting activities. • Enhance organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; explore opportunities to add value and grow the relationships. • Monitor and analyze merchant partners’ usage of our product. • Liaise between the merchant partner and internal teams. • Other duties and tasks as assigned.
Requirements
• A minimum of 2 years experience in sales support or customer service role. • Demonstrated leadership, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be bilingual and fluent (verbal, written, and reading) in French. • Post secondary degree or diploma with a focus on retail, sales, marketing, or any other business-related field. • Strong knowledge of PCs, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Salesforce / CRM and Outlook are an asset. • Must be able to meet the minimum work-from-home requirements, including hi-speed internet in your home (min. 50 Mbps download & 10 Mbps upload speeds), must be hardwired to your home modem using the provided ethernet cable, and a quiet workspace.
