📋 Description
• As the Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting process improvement initiatives within Manitoba's healthcare system. • You will provide high-level administrative and project management support, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of healthcare retention and recruitment efforts.
🎯 Requirements
• Project Management Training (Certification required). • Microsoft Office Certification (Proof of certification required). • 10+ years of experience providing administrative support in a healthcare environment. • 10+ years of experience supporting executives, boards, or committees. • 5+ years of experience training and onboarding employees/contractors. • 5+ years of experience managing organizational and project databases. • 5+ years of experience in project management support (scope, budget, scheduling, risk management). • 10+ years of experience in stakeholder engagement and outreach, including working with marginalized populations. • 2+ years of experience managing social media and website content for organizational or project communications. • 3+ years of experience providing administrative support in economic development, health, or training environments.
