Requirements

• Prior customer support experience • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English as demonstrated by a strong score on an English proficiency test • A high level of empathy and emotional intelligence • Top-notch problem solving skills • Adaptability and a growth-learning mindset • Ability to work full-time during any shift • Available to work Saturday or Sunday
