Requirements

• Proven experience in technical management • Ability to understand and prioritize the impact of the team’s work on stakeholders and customers • Experience leveraging KPIs to measure output and outcomes with a focus on continuous improvement • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to coach, influence, and delegate • Demonstrated commitment to personal and team growth, fostering a culture of excellence • Have high standards and a strong work ethic with a positive attitude • Bachelor's Degree preferred • Nice to have, but not required: Experience with relevant technologies: Azure C# .Net Angular SQL Server PowerBI AI in Engineering Processes and Products Jira Administration Aviation Experience
