β€’ Help clients adopt and transition to our software platform β€’ Oversee the installation and customization of the software β€’ Work closely with the sales and CSM team in sales engagements to provide best practice suggestions β€’ Own the post-purchase onboarding pipeline to ensure customers are activated and trained in a timely manner to maximize their ROI β€’ Customize the product based on assessment and client needs β€’ Train the client's staff to use the software β€’ Leverage industry best practices around change management β€’ Own the Onboarding process from purchase to account activation β€’ Deliver client presentations and training to small groups

Requirements

β€’ 1-2 years of experience implementing operational efficiency / ERP software in a SaaS environment β€’ Demonstrated project management / change management experience β€’ Exemplary communication skills, both written and oral β€’ Comfortable presenting on Zoom and in-person β€’ A positive attitude and a desire to be part of a motivated group doing big things β€’ Knowledge of the Aviation industry and terminology preferred β€’ Exemplary writing skills and an interest in writing blog posts, forum responses, guidance docs, and other community- and knowledge-building contributions β€’ Nice to have, but not required: β€’ PMP Certification β€’ Experience administering or managing Flight Schedule Pro or similar scheduling software β€’ Experience using Advanced Reporting within Flight Schedule Pro β€’ Basic knowledge of SQL functions β€’ Familiarity with CRM and Project Management tools (HubSpot, Pendo, PlanHat, etc)
