β’ Help clients adopt and transition to our software platform β’ Oversee the installation and customization of the software β’ Work closely with the sales and CSM team in sales engagements to provide best practice suggestions β’ Own the post-purchase onboarding pipeline to ensure customers are activated and trained in a timely manner to maximize their ROI β’ Customize the product based on assessment and client needs β’ Train the client's staff to use the software β’ Leverage industry best practices around change management β’ Own the Onboarding process from purchase to account activation β’ Deliver client presentations and training to small groups
β’ 1-2 years of experience implementing operational efficiency / ERP software in a SaaS environment β’ Demonstrated project management / change management experience β’ Exemplary communication skills, both written and oral β’ Comfortable presenting on Zoom and in-person β’ A positive attitude and a desire to be part of a motivated group doing big things β’ Knowledge of the Aviation industry and terminology preferred β’ Exemplary writing skills and an interest in writing blog posts, forum responses, guidance docs, and other community- and knowledge-building contributions β’ Nice to have, but not required: β’ PMP Certification β’ Experience administering or managing Flight Schedule Pro or similar scheduling software β’ Experience using Advanced Reporting within Flight Schedule Pro β’ Basic knowledge of SQL functions β’ Familiarity with CRM and Project Management tools (HubSpot, Pendo, PlanHat, etc)
