Description

β€’ Serve as a process and workflow focused point of contact for customers during implementation. β€’ Prepare, update, and manage project management materials. β€’ Keep all customers on track to go-live as scheduled. β€’ Manage risks preventing customers from going live. β€’ Conduct live working sessions demonstrating best practices. β€’ Host open office hours, 1:1 meetings, and group check-in calls with customers. β€’ Troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to ServiceTitan.

Requirements

β€’ At least 2+ years of relevant experience preferred. β€’ Home Service industry knowledge. β€’ Critical thinking skills for troubleshooting software issues. β€’ Experience with ServiceTitan software a big plus. β€’ Exceptional project management skills. β€’ Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects. β€’ Exceptional customer relationship skills.
