Description

•Manage implementation projects from initiation to close, ensuring high quality customer experience. •Maintain stakeholder relationships for on-time implementation delivery and customer success. •Update stakeholders on progress and address project roadblocks. •Lead discovery sessions to configure ServiceTitan environments. •Train clients for Go-Live readiness. •Identify and mitigate customer risks, collaborating for solutions. •Work with teams to enhance services and products. •Stay updated on ServiceTitan functionality and troubleshoot issues.

Requirements

•Ability to closely manage multiple and concurrent implementation projects from initiation through project close, acting as the primary point of contact for clients. •Strong stakeholder relationship management skills to ensure on-time delivery of customer implementations. •Proficient in updating internal and customer stakeholders on project progress and roadblocks. •Experience in conducting discovery sessions to understand business requirements. •Capability to conduct training with clients to ensure their Go-Live readiness. •Proactive risk identification and mitigation skills. •Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service and product offerings. •Familiarity with troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
