Requirements
• At least 1-2 years of software support experience in a client facing role • At least 1-2 years of experience in X++ coding language or another object-oriented programming language • Demonstrated intermediate proficiency in T-SQL and SQL • Requirements gathering experience • Basic understanding of finance, supply chain or manufacturing related business processes • Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail • Sense of urgency and a strong focus on customer service and delivery • Experience with ERP software • Demonstrable skills with Azure DevOps • Working knowledge of project management methodologies specifically Agile • Ability and flexibility to travel mainly throughout Northern America (travel requirement – 10 to 25%)
