Description
• Work with Plan Consultants and attorneys to provide superior plan services • Handle client communications, plan consulting, and administration • Prepare annual valuation reports, Forms 5500, and compliance testing
Requirements
• At least two years of experience in administration, testing, and reporting for defined contribution plans • Experience with New Comparability-type plan designs and/or defined benefit plans is a plus • Experience converting plan assets between providers is highly desirable • Experience with recordkeeping, spreadsheet and word processing applications • Strong accounting skills • ASPPA and/or CEBS designations are a plus • ASC record-keeping software experience is a strong plus • Strong planning and organizational skills • Ability to adapt to changing priorities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
