📋 Description
• The Functional Consultant's main responsibility is to implement our revenue management applications into the customer's ERP e.g. Microsoft D365, SAP etc. • Responsible for the functional analysis, design, testing and deployment of Flintfox applications on both large and smaller scale ERP projects • Leads requirements gathering, solution design and fit gap analysis with the business process owners and subject matter experts • Works closely with the implementation partner to ensure the design for finance, accounting, order to cash, purchase to pay and related business operations are sound • Utilises Flintfox Project Methodologies tailored to the customers • Train and create documentation for subject matter experts on configuration and functionality • Lead meetings and demonstrate the intended design • Act as a conduit between Customers and Flintfox Technical teams • Supports customer User Acceptance Testing, Deployment and Post Go live activities
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of previous experience with Microsoft AX and D365 software implementations, in the capacity of a Functional Consultant • Hands-on experience with large scale, D365 F&O implementations is required for this role • Demonstrable functional expertise in Pricing, Trade & Logistics and/or Finance modules • In-depth expertise on Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes • Understanding of financial operations and processes, including Chart of Accounts, Accruals, and Journal entries • Demonstrable business analysis experience • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems or similar
