You’ll be equipped to make an impact, realize your potential, and stay inspired every step of the way. • Flipp's FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) team supports strategic decision-making through proactive insights and business analysis. FP&A drives informed decision-making and sustainable growth to the organization by optimizing our financial performance. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for assisting with our FP&A tool implementation, maintaining the chart of accounts within the tool, managing the organizational department structure, and acting as a systems administrator for new users. This role is critical in ensuring data integrity across all systems and scalability for future growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a relevant FP&A role • Highly proficient in MS Office, including Excel • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to research and escalate issues. • Solid organizational and time management skills to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines • Preferred: Salesforce, Netsuite, and/or Adaptive experience
