Description

• Maintain general employee benefit knowledge and Flores system knowledge. • Interact positively and helpfully with Account Managers, Clients, Brokers, and file feed Vendors. • Understand tasks related to EDI file set-up and maintenance and communicate technical requirements clearly. • Manage EDI Team inbox in HelpScout for fast responses. • Perform file testing and file layout building as required for multiple plan and file types. • Manage internal duties relating to client files including routing and auditing. • Serve as the resource for problem identification and resolution of file feed related issues. • Support firm growth by participating in development projects relating to EDI processes.

Requirements

• Experience in benefits management, customer service or accounting related field preferred but not required. • 2-3 years of experience in EDI or related field preferred. • Preferred but not required, bachelor’s degree. • Detail oriented individual with strong organizational and prioritizing skills. • Able to use independent judgment and expertise to manage groups. • Strong interpersonal skills for providing superior customer service and handling conflict professionally. • Internally motivated individual looking to grow personally and professionally. • Above average analytical and problem-solving skills experienced with Microsoft Excel. • Ability to process and manipulate data in various formats ensuring accuracy and data integrity. • Able to successfully perform this job and manage significant client relationships.
