Requirements
• Associate's degree or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred. • 2+ years in business systems analysis or related experience. • Knowledge of products and processes in assigned business area. • Strong technical knowledge, able to express complex concepts. • Understanding of project management in cross-functional environments. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Strong analytical and conceptual skills. • Problem-solving ability across various environments. • Ability to work as a team player; flexible and friendly. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Requires completion of Epic certification within 6 weeks of hiring.
