Description

• The Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides high quality ABA treatment, support and training to maximize progress for every client via telehealth. • The job includes leadership and coordination of care between Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians assigned to the team. • The Telehealth BCBA provides services remotely as necessary to ensure clients and staff are supported across multiple center locations. • A Telehealth BCBA must manage time effectively to ensure they are meeting the budgeted requirements of the position.

Requirements

• Must have CPR and First Aid certifications. • Must have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance. • Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action. • Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with clients, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public. • Must be willing to accept supervision and willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel. • Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of other individuals in the workplace. • Must not have been convicted of a sex crime, exploitation of an endangered adult, failure to report battery, neglect or exploitation of an endangered adult or abuse, neglect of a child, theft, murder, voluntary or involuntary manslaughter, felony battery, or a felony offense relating to a controlled substance. • Must be able to work with ill, disabled, emotionally upset, and, at times, hostile individuals. • Must be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate adequately to complete required forms and reports of visits and follow oral or written instructions. • Must demonstrate the ability to provide services according to the individual support plan. • Must possess an interest in and empathy for individuals. • Must have a good knowledge of office support functions. • Must be able to interpret, apply and explain complex information such as regulations, policies or services; independently solving problems/performing liaison activities to deal with individuals or resolve conflicts in a work setting. • Must have successfully completed all state and federal required training
