📋 Description

• The Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides high quality ABA treatment, support and training via telehealth. • The job includes leadership and coordination of care between Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians assigned to the team. • Ensure clients and staff are supported remotely across multiple center locations. • Must manage time effectively to meet budgeted requirements of the position.

🎯 Requirements

• Must possess and maintain a Board Certified Behavior Analysis certification credential by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board. • Must have CPR and First Aid certifications. • Must have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance. • Must be at least 18 years of age per state requirements. • Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of other individuals in the workplace. • Must not have been convicted of a sex crime, exploitation of an endangered adult, failure to report any form of abuse, neglect of a child, or similar offenses. • Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday. • Must be able to read, speak and write the English language in an understandable manner. • Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position. • Must be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate adequately. • Must possess an interest in and empathy for individuals. • Must have a good knowledge of office support functions. • Must have successfully completed all state and federal required training.
