📋 Description

• Keeper Security is hiring an experienced and proactive Deal Desk Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. • This is a 100% remote position. • Candidates must permanently reside in Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Colorado or Arizona. • Keeper’s cybersecurity software is trusted by millions of people and thousands of organizations, globally. • Join one of the fastest-growing cybersecurity companies and be responsible for collaborating with sales to support the structure and optimization of deals. • You will work with the Deal Desk Manager and assist with the day-to-day deal desk operational functions, providing complete accuracy to all submitted invoicing sale transactions. • You will collaborate closely with sales and other supporting functional teams to ensure process efficiency while advising the Director of Sales Operations on all aspects of the deal desk global processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a deal desk, sales operations, or similar role • Knowledge of the SaaS industry and subscription-based business models • Knowledgeable about finance/revenue recognition and contract guidelines • Understanding of sales processes and contract management • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) • Passionate about data and analytics as a lever to improve business performance • Highly skilled problem solver with the ability to make thoughtful decisions in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field or equivalent work experience • Due to this role’s involvement in GovCloud, all applicants must be a “U.S. Person”
