• Senior EDI Analyst responsible for internal EDI processes and EDI implementation for the firm. • Supports project-based initiatives impacting file integrations with clients and partners. • Develop and implement solutions to improve data accuracy and efficiency. • Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues. • Collaborate with internal staff and external partners to enhance tools and data flows. • Create, manage, and improve the training platform at the firm.
• Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree program from a four-year college or university (preferred) or equivalent experience. • Prior experience with Healthcare, Financial Services and/or CDH Benefit Administration in a related position. • 4+ years of experience working as an EDI, Interface, or Integration Analyst. • Proficient with EDI tools, platforms, and data orchestration tools. • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle conflict professionally. • Above average analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience with Microsoft Excel.
