📋 Description

• At Emburse, you’ll not just imagine the future – you’ll build it. • As a leader in travel and expense solutions, we are creating a future where technology drives business value and inspires extraordinary results. • The Sr. Proposals Capture Analyst is responsible for sourcing opportunities in a global territory. • The position will be responsible for identifying and sourcing opportunities in a global territory while achieving targeted numbers for lead generation. • This role will be accountable for proactive prospecting, as well as qualifying cross-communicating leads. • Your primary missions will be to identify, qualify, and engage with prospects, understand their requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to craft compelling responses to their RFPs/RFIs. • As the gateway to our company's growth through the sourcing/procurement personas of prospective clients, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your research prowess, communication finesse, and persistence to drive our success in securing new, strategic clientele.

🎯 Requirements

• A Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a research-intensive role, preferably in a sales, capture management, or business development capacity within the B2B SaaS industry • Demonstrated success in lead generation and prospecting with the ability to generate leads and identify new business opportunities with Procurement personas • Prior experience with procurement processes and procedures in an RFP/RFI environment, including completing them in a team environment • Proficiency with office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office or Google’s business suite of software • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience • Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce, and HighSpot, as well as experience with proposal automation tools such as Consensus preferred • Industry standard certifications such as APMP, CPCM and training for Capture Management preferred
