🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required. • Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field of study preferred. • A minimum of 4-8 or more years' experience supporting, maintaining, and configuring enterprise applications in a healthcare or comparable environment required; however, candidates with an equivalent combination of experience, education, certification, and demonstrated proficiency in a similar or related role will also be considered. • Advanced understanding of application configurations and settings. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues. • Effective communication skills to interact with various user groups. • Capacity to learn and adapt to new applications and software environments quickly. • Ownership of continued learning and ability to learn on the fly. • Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing technologies and business needs. • Accepts ownership and welcomes responsibility.
